Scope of Service
The platform offers functions for online CV creation, editing, and PDF output. Some advanced features may be within the scope of paid packages. Service scope and features can be updated over time.
Account and Security
You are responsible for the security of your account and password. The platform cannot be held responsible for damages that may arise from unauthorized use of your account; notify us immediately upon detection of a suspicious situation.
Acceptable Use

Intellectual Property
Platform interface, designs, templates, texts, brand elements, and software belong to Cv Maker or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license for personal use. Unauthorized copying and distribution is prohibited.
Fees and Payments
Paid plans and prices are specified on the current pricing page. Prices can be updated periodically. Cancellation/refund conditions are included in the descriptions of the relevant plan.
Termination
In case of violation of terms of use, your account can be suspended or terminated. The user can also close their account at any time. Account data is deleted or anonymized except for data that must be kept for legal reasons.
Disclaimer of Liability
The platform is offered “as is”; reasonable measures are taken against interruption, error, or data loss risks, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Responsibility for indirect damages is not accepted to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are subject to Turkish law. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for the resolution of disputes. The legal application rights of users in consumer status are reserved.
